Ingredients
- (Crust)
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- (Topping)
- 1 bag wrapped caramels (14 oz)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup & 2 tbsp powdered sugar, divided
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 2 cups salted, roasted peanuts (not dry roasted), divided
- 1/4 cup candy corn
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8" square baking pan with non stick foil. Beat all crust ingredients in bowl on medium speed 1 to 2 mins or until crumbs form. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

Heat caramels and water in medium heat proof bowl set over saucepan of simmering water 8 to 10 mins or until melted. Remove from heat but keep warm.

Beat 1 cup of powdered sugar and marshmallow cream in bowl on low speed until combined. Dust cutting board with rest of sugar. Gently pat out mixture into 8" square.

Spread 1/2 caramel over crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Top with marshmallow cream pressing down firmly. Pour rest of caramel over layers and sprinkle with remaining cup of peanuts and candy corn. Refrigerate 30 mins.
