Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh ground sirloin
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup or less Italian bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Add water if necessary, to make a meatloaf consistency. Shape into balls, and fry in olive oil. Add to sauce 1 hour before sauce is finished cooking.
