Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb)
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 pkg Athenos reduced fat feta with basil and tomato
- 1/4 c minced red pepper
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

Arrange chicken in 13 X 9 baking dish.

Drizzle with 1 T lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle with cheese and rest of lemon juice

Bake 35-40 min and serve with red pepper and parsley over top.
