Savory Chicken Saute

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 T olive oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 c fat bree chicken broth
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet, saute chicken breasts 4 min.

  2. Turn over and add onion.

  3. cover and cook 3 more minutes.

  4. add garlic, rosemary, and broth.

  5. Cover and cook til onion is tender (caramelized).

  6. Serve with salt and pepper.
