Ingredients
- 1 Pound Rotini (colored)
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed
- 4 -5 Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 -3 Stalks Celery
Directions

Boil Rotini until tender but not overcooked.

Add chopped carrots (blanch 4 minutes), green pepper, onion, and celery.

Mix remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
