Pizza Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup jarred pizza sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 3.5 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup onion

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and onion; drain grease

  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, sauce, and seasonings

  3. Add all oher ingredients (including drained sausage) to egg mixture and stir to coat

  4. Pour into a greased 8×8 in pan; sprinkle lightly with more garlic powder and Italian seasoning

  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 until knife inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean; let stand 5 min before serving

  6. Serve with extra pizza sauce
