Ingredients
- 3 pounds duck meat cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup Real Lemon
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup parve margarine
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 6 green peppers
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
- 5 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 7 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

Marinate the duck in lemon juice for 2 hours. Dredge the meat in flour, then brown the meat in margarine. Add water and salt, simmer until tender. Cut green pepper into 1 inch squares, boil 10 minutes and drain. Add pepper s and pineapple tidbits to meat. Combine remaining ingredients, cook until sauce is clear and thick. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
