Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
- 10 scallions, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/3 c low sodium soy sauce
- 3 T mirin or rice wine
- 2 t dark sesame oil
- 2 T grated fresh ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 8 wooden skewers
Directions

Heat over to broil.

Put chicken, pepper, onion onto skewers.

Whisk together soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.

Marinate skewers in 1/2 cup of marinade for 10 min.

Set aside the rest of the marinade.

Broil skewers 10 min and serve with reserved sauce.
