Fish in scallion and ginger sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c dry sherry
  • 3 T low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 t sesame oil
  • 1/4 c chopped green onion
  • 1 t fresh grated ginger
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 2 cod, sole, roughy or other fish filets

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 400.

  2. Mix sherry, soy sauce, green onion, ginger, and garlic to make marinade.

  3. Place fish in casserole dish and bake in marinade 12 min until it flakes easily.
