Ingredients
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 1/2 cup seltzer
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Have eggs and margarine at room temperature. Beat eggs and add seltzer, margarine, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add matzo meal and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate one hour. Form into balls the size of walnuts and drop into a large pot with 3 quarts salted boiling water. Cook on medium high heat for 30 minutes or done.
