Ingredients
- 1/4 c light soy sauce
- 3 T dry sherry or chicken broth
- 1 T fresh grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tuna steaks 5 oz each
- 1 large mango, peeled, cut into spears
- 1 red bell pepper quartered lengthwise
Directions

In small bowl, combine soy sauce, broth, ginger, and garlic.

Divide into 2 bowls.

Soak tuna in one, and mango and pepper in the other.

Refridgerate 15 min.

Place tuna, mango, pepper on prepared broiler pan or grill rack.

Baste occasionally with marinade from mangos.

Grill 4 min/ side until tuna is opaque.
