Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 T capers
- 1 t lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 c fat free sour cream
- 1.5 lb salmon filet
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and coat baking sheet.

Heat oil in saucepan, add garlic and cook 1 min.

Reduce heat to low, stir in lemon juice, capers, lemon pepper and cook 5 min.

Add sour cream and cook another 5 min til heated through.

Bake salmon for 20 min until fish is opaque and serve with the sauce.
