Broiled Salmon w/ creamy lemon sauce

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 2 T capers
  • 1 t lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 c fat free sour cream
  • 1.5 lb salmon filet

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and coat baking sheet.

  2. Heat oil in saucepan, add garlic and cook 1 min.

  3. Reduce heat to low, stir in lemon juice, capers, lemon pepper and cook 5 min.

  4. Add sour cream and cook another 5 min til heated through.

  5. Bake salmon for 20 min until fish is opaque and serve with the sauce.
