Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
- in lukewarm, filtered water
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp carob powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 11/2 cups desiccated coconut
Directions

Drain almonds and process in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.

Add the bananas, carob, and vinegar, and process until the mixture is a smooth

paste.

Place the mixture into a bowl, add 1 cup of the coconut, and mix well.

Roll the mixture into balls, and coat the balls in the remaining coconut
