Chilled Cherry Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 15oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 9" graham cracker crumb pie crust
  • 1 22oz can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla in a blender. Cover and run on high speed for about 2 minutes or until completely smooth. Pour into crumb crust and chill for 2 – 3 hours. Spread with cherry pie filling and serve.
