Great American Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Grey Poupon yellow mustard
  • 6 cups cubed cooked potatoes
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix mayo and mustard in a large bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Makes 6 to 8 serving.
