Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Cups Salad Oil
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Grated Raw Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts

Directions

  1. Mix well

  2. Pour into greased & floured 9 X 13 Pan

  3. Bake at 325 degrees / 40 minutes

  4. Let cool

  5. Icing – combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1 box pwd. sugar, 2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 stick oleo
