- 1 Pkg (10 oz) Frozen Spinach / thawed and drained
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
