Peppermint Ribbon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg White Cake Mix
  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Red Food Coloring
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Peppermint
  • 2 tbs Crushed Peppermint
  • 1 Cup Pwd Sugar
  • 1 tbs Milk

Directions

  1. Prepare cake according to directions on box

  2. Transfer 1 cup to a small bowl

  3. Stir in extract, food coloring and 1/2 cup crushed peppermint

  4. Spoon 2 cups of remaining batter into greased and floured bundt pan

  5. Top with peppermint batter

  6. Top with remaining plain batter

  7. Bake at 350 degrees / 35-45 minutes

  8. Cool completely

  9. Combine pwd sugar and milk / drizzle over cake

  10. Sprinkle remaining crushed peppermint on top
