Ingredients
- 1 Pkg White Cake Mix
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 tsp Red Food Coloring
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Peppermint
- 2 tbs Crushed Peppermint
- 1 Cup Pwd Sugar
- 1 tbs Milk
Directions

Prepare cake according to directions on box

Transfer 1 cup to a small bowl

Stir in extract, food coloring and 1/2 cup crushed peppermint

Spoon 2 cups of remaining batter into greased and floured bundt pan

Top with peppermint batter

Top with remaining plain batter

Bake at 350 degrees / 35-45 minutes

Cool completely

Combine pwd sugar and milk / drizzle over cake

Sprinkle remaining crushed peppermint on top
