Ingredients
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 8 oz Cream Cheese / cut in cubes
- 4 Cups Potatos / peeled and cubed
- 1/4 Cup Minced Onions
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions

Combine potatos, broth, onion and seasoning

Boil on medium heat till potatos are tender

Mash a few of the potatos to release starch to thicken

Reduce heat to low

Add cream cheese

Heat and stir to melt cheese
