Cream Cheese Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese / cut in cubes
  • 4 Cups Potatos / peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 Cup Minced Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine potatos, broth, onion and seasoning

  2. Boil on medium heat till potatos are tender

  3. Mash a few of the potatos to release starch to thicken

  4. Reduce heat to low

  5. Add cream cheese

  6. Heat and stir to melt cheese
