Ingredients
- Blueberry Ginger Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 cup chopped scallions
- 6 4-ounce skinless chicken breast, boned and defatted
Directions

Preheat grill or broiler.

In a blender container combine 1 cup blueberry, ginger, lime juice, cane sugar, salt and scallions and lightly puree. Pour blueberry sauce in a medium bowl and stir in remaining blueberry by hand.

Grill or broil marinated chicken breast 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Serve each chicken breast with 1/4 cup blueberry ginger sauce.
