Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 3/4 lb - 1 lb smoked salmon
- chopped parsley
Directions

In a pan add olive oil, garlic, and red peppers. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add in heavy cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.

In a separate saucepan prepare the pasta.

Add drained, cooked pasta to saucepan with heavy cream. Gently add in salmon and and top with parsley. Serve warm.
