Mashed Potato Surprise

Serves 6 people

Ingredients
- 6-8 Pork Chops
- 6-8 Large Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Garlic
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sage
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 can of Cream of Potato soup
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can of milk
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

Dice potatoes and boil until tender.

Drain potatoes and put in bowl.

Add butter, salt, garlic and 1/4 cup of milk.

Mash the potatoes as you would normally.

Put aside, keep warm.

Place pork chops in the oven; cook until done.

Put sausage in a skillet, scramble and brown.

Dice onion and add to the skillet.

Cook until onion is translucent.

Pour both cans of soup into a pot; mix well.

Add half a can of milk at a time until soup is
- the consistency of gravy.

Get pork chops, brown them in a skillet on
- the stove (even though they were cooked
- in the oven already, you can brown them
- on the stove if you want to.

Once cooked, place a pork chop on the plate,
- scoop a lump of mashed potatoes on top
- of the pork chop, sprinkle the sausage
- and onion mix on top of the mashed
- potatoes and then put gravy over the top
- of the whole thing.

Serve with sides to make a full meal.
