Angela’s From Scratch Chicken Alfredo

I made this up; called it Alfredo because it seemed pretty close to it.

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 4 TBSP Butter
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Parmasaen, grated
  • 8 oz. Fettucini noodles
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Dash of Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Mix butter, cream and spices.

  3. Cook until thickened.

  4. Put olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken in that

  5. skillet.
  6. Once chicken is done, add it to the sauce.

  7. Heat completely through and serve over

  8. noodles.
