Brie in Pastry

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 box of frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg
- Baguette or other bread
Directions

Scrape some of the rind off of the brie.

Spread cream cheese on top, about 1/4" thick.

Wrap in pastry. One sheet on the bottom, wrapped up and another sheet on the top, wrapped underneath. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake on a greased baking sheet at 350 for 45 minutes.

Cut a circle in the top of paster and stir a bit to combine cheeses. Keep warm in a chafing dish for serving. Serve with bread.
