Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp maple flavored extract
- 3 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup dried cranberries

Line cookie sheet with wax paper.

Place white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a large, uncovered microwaveable bowl.

Microwave on medium-high (70% power) for 1 min; stir. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15 sec intervals, stirring just until chips are melted. Stir in the maple extract. Stir in the cereal and cranberries until combined.

Quickly drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand until set. Store tightly covered in cool, dry place.
