Lemon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 C AP flour
  • 1 T Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1/3 C Melted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1 1/2 t Lemon Rind
  • 1/2 t Vanilla
  • 1/2 t Lemon Extract
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 T Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Whisk wet ingredients and add to dry.

  3. Bake at 325 until slightly browned.

  4. FOR GLAZE

  5. Combine sugar and lemon juice – pour over loaf.
