Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 oranges, zested then segmented
Directions

Marinade – oil, salt, and pepper

Zest and segment oranges.

Slice chicken into 1-1 1/2" thick strips and place in marinade.

Preheat skillet to moderate heat.

Spray with cooking spray, then add chicken once pan is hot.

Cook until firm and no longer pink.

Place vinegar and honey in small saucepan.

Bring to a boil and reduce mixture by half.

Add the fruit and zest and remove from heat.

Serve sauce over chicken.
