Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 29oz can tomato sauce
- 8oz pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
Directions

Spray the inside of the crock-pot with cooking spray.

Brown the ground beef

Stir the tomato sauce in with the ground beef

Spread 1/4 of the meat sauce on the bottom of the crock-pot

Arrange 1/3 of the uncooked noodles over the sauce, break so they fit better.

Combine the cheeses in a bowl. Spoon 1/3 of the cheeses over the noodles.

Repeat these layers twice

Top with remaining sauce

Cover and cook on low for 4 hrs.

. Let th elasagna stand in the crock-pot with the lid off for at least 10 min.

Variations-Add chopped onion and garlic to step 2 with ground beef.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on the top of the casserole.
