Pasta with Garlic and Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 pound dried pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 large cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
  • hot red pepper flakes
  • chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1) While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small skillet and add garlic. Saute for one minute.

  2. 2) Pour the mixture over the cooked drained pasta and combine well. Season to taste with salt. Consider sprinkling with hot red pepper flakes and chopped fresh parsley.
