Mocha Puffs

Ingredients

  • 4 1 oz squares semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
  • 1 tsp instant espresso or coffee powder
  • 2 1/2 cups sweetened puffed wheat cereal

Directions

  1. Line cookie sheet with wax paper.

  2. In a large microwaveable bowl, microwave the chocolate, hazelnut spread and espresso poweder on high for 1 1/2 – 2 mins or until chocolate is almost melted, stopping and stirring every 30 secs. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add cereal.

  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator.
