Ingredients
- 1 small head garlic
- 6 oil packed sundred tomato halves, minced
- 2 T mayo
- 1.5 lbs sirloin, chopped
- 4 slices fontina cheese
- Arugula for garnish
- Basil for garnish
- Whole wheat buns
Directions

ast garlic in foil 30 min at 400.

Squeeze pulp into cup and mix with sundried tomatoes and mayo.

Add steak and mix well.

Divide into 4 parts and form patties.

Cook in skillet 10 min.

Place a cheese slice on each and melt cheese.

Serve over arugula and basil on whole wheat buns.
