- 4 long red chillies, chopped
- 4 shallots, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4cm ginger, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Natvia
- 1kg chicken wings
Directions

.Combine chillies, shallots, garlic, ginger, coriander, light soy sauce and Natvia and blend until smooth.

.Simmer the sauce mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thick and sticky.

.Marinate the chicken wings with this sauce for at least 1 hour, making sure that the wings are covered well all over with the sauce.

.Grill the wings on both sides until just cooked, basting them frequently with the leftover marinade
