Egg Sourdough Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6-9 slices sourdough crust removed bread tear into cubes
  • Brown 2 pkgs J Dean sausage drain run through electric chopper
  • 2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar shredded cheese
  • 4 beaten eggs mix with
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 dashes tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. mix sausage and cheese together add eggs and milk to cheese and sausage. mix well. Pour over bread cubes. cover with foil refrigerate over night in A.M. pour mushroom soup and milk over top and bake 325 for 1 hour.
