Ingredients

• *1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
• *1 1/2 cups cold milk
• *2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O lemon flavor instant pudding & pie filling
• *1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed

Directions

1. PREPARE and bake cake mix as directed on package for 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake layers. Cool completely.

2. POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. Immediately spread over tops of cake layers.

3. TOP 1 cake layer with remaining layer. Frost top and side of cake with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
