Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup plain instant oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
