Ingredients
- 4 6 oz sirloin steaks about 3/4" thick
- 2 t olive oil
- 1/4 c water
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 t dried oregano
- 4 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 9 oz pkg artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/2 c pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- salt
- pepper
Directions

Season steak with salt and pepper.

Fry in skillet 4-5 min per side.

Transfer to plate.

Add water, garlic, oregano to pan and cook til soft in pan. Add tomatoes, then artichokes and olives to warm over.

Serve with steaks.
