Ingredients
- 8 3 oz lamb chops 3/4" thick
- 1/4 c olive oil, divided
- 1/3 c fresh parsley leaves
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions

Heat grill pan to high.

Rub chops with oil, salt and pepper and grill 3 min per side.

Remove from heat, cover loosely with foil.

Combine remaining ingredients and oil in food processor. Pulse to combine.

Serve with lamb.
