Rosemary Pork Medallions and Applesauce

Ingredients

  • applesauce
  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin, cut into medallions
  • 2 t dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper and rosemary.

  2. Cook in skillet 4 min per side.

  3. Serve with applesauce.
