FESTIVE PIES

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 13 oz. ready rolled puff pastry
- 2 turkey breasts
- 2 T. cranberry jelly
- 5 oz. sage and onion stuffing
- 1 egg (beaten)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.Divide pastry into four rectangles. Season turkey breasts with salt and pepper and cut in to two. Arrange on the pastry, leaving a border around the edge. Spoon over cranberry jelly and place a dollop of stuffing on top of the turkey. Fold the pastry edges together and seal (may need to use a drop of water). Brush with egg and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 25 minutes.
