Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 t. olive oil
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3 cups peppers, chopped (green & paprika)
- 28 oz. tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 or 2 cans red kidney beans
Directions

Brown ground chicken in skillet.

Saute onion, garlic, celery, and peppers in olive oil for about 5 minutes.

Combine chicken, vegetables, tomatoes, and spices in crockpot and cook on high for 90 minutes or low for several hours.

Add beans about 20 to 30 minutes before eating.
