Italian sausage and chard over pasta

Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 12 oz italian sausage (sweet) casing removed
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves chopped
- 1 bunch swiss chard
- 4 roma tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 whipping cream
- 1/4 cup basil leaves choppewd
- Parmesan cheese shaved
Directions

Cook pasta

Heat large dutch oven on stove- med heat

Cook sausage, onion and garlic, stirring frequently, until sausage browns (5 min)

Add chard and tomatoes and cook, covered, until chard wilts (about 4 mins)

Stir in cream

Drain pasta

Pour mixture over pasta and sprinkle with basil and cheese
