Ingredients
- 1 avocado, pitted and chopped
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/2 small red pepper, very finely diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro, packed and chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

In a medium bowl, mash the avocado and lemon juice with a fork until mushy but not entirely without texture. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
