Pumpkin Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz can solid packed pumpkin
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans work well)
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

  1. Blend pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin spice, salt and pour in a greased 9×13 pan

  2. Mix together cake mix and chopped nuts then sprinkle on top

  3. Melt stick of butter and pour over top of cake mix

  4. Bake 50 mins at 350
