Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup red velvet cake mix, dry
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Assorted cookies/graham crackers for serving
Directions

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth

Add in red velvet cake mix, brown sugar and powdered sugar – beat until smooth and combined

Turn mixture onto plastic wrap – wrap into a ball and refrigerate 2 hours

Put chocolate chips on a plate/shallow dish

Remove cheese ball from refrigerator, unwrap and roll in chocolate chips

Place on serving plat and serve with cookies/graham crackers
