Aunt Joyce’s Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (or fresh)
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 dash milk
Directions

Saute the onion and celery in butter until tender.

Cook broccoli, add all other ingredients. Combine with onion and celery and mix gently.

Bake in 350* oven for 1 hour (cover while baking first 1/2 hour-uncover last 1/2 hour).
