Crockpot Sausage Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spicy sausage (or can be regular sausage)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 ounces ricotta
  • 2 jars pasta sauce
  • 1 package No-Boil lasagna noodles (Barilla makes some)
  • Parsley to taste

Directions

  1. Cook sausage in a pan until crumbled and cooked through.

  2. Break in half and spread over crockpot half of the noodles.

  3. Add half the cooked sausage, 1 jar of pasta, half of the ricotta, and 1 cup of Mozzarella. Then do it all again to make a second layer.

  4. Add parsley to the top later.

  5. Set on LOW for 4-6 hours.
