Ingredients
- 1 lb. spicy sausage (or can be regular sausage)
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces ricotta
- 2 jars pasta sauce
- 1 package No-Boil lasagna noodles (Barilla makes some)
- Parsley to taste
Directions

Cook sausage in a pan until crumbled and cooked through.

Break in half and spread over crockpot half of the noodles.

Add half the cooked sausage, 1 jar of pasta, half of the ricotta, and 1 cup of Mozzarella. Then do it all again to make a second layer.

Add parsley to the top later.

Set on LOW for 4-6 hours.
