Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Oil
- 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 Tsp minced garlic
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 14/ cup milk
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Additional Parmesan
Directions

In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Cook & stir in chicken, garlic and mushrooms 6-8 min. Stir in soup, milk and cheese. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook on low 20 min or until rice tender. Stir in peas. Top with additional cheese.
