Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

A cake will form at the top of the pan and
pudding will form in the bottom. Serve right out of the oven with ice
cream, whipped cream or Cool Whip.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 T cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 T shortening
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 4 T brown sugar
- 2 T cocoa
Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in milk, shortening and nuts.

Spread in a greased 8×8 pan.

Mix brown sugar and additional cocoa and sprinkle over mixture.

Pour 2 cups hot water on top and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
