Ingredients
- 1 box pie crusts
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 14 oz. chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken or turkey
- 2 cups frozen vegetables

e-heat oven to 425.

Melt butter and saute onions. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Stir in broth and milk, cook until bubbly and thickened. Stir in turkey and mixed veggies. remove from heat. Bake 30-40 min. Cover edge for last 15-20 min. Let stand 5 min before serving.
