Magic Mint Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3; 10 ounces; Dark Chocolate and Mint Chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped toasted almonds

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Pour chips onto cookie sheet; they should be touching eachother and should be in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 1 to 3 minutes; or until the chips are shiny.

  5. Remove from oven.

  6. Immediately use the tip of a butter knife or a wooden pick to begin swirling the chips together.

  7. Sprinkle with nuts.

  8. Hold pan 3" above counter and drop. (This will settle the chips and nuts.)

  9. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

  10. Break into pieces.
